Gymnastics & conditioning classes for adults:

Want to try gymnastics for the first time as an adult? Or do you want to return to the sport after some time away and simply continue to keep up your skills?
Whatever the case, RGA’s adult gymnastics and conditioning class may be the right fit for you!

Structure of class

The class works in one or both of the following ways:
a) the coach and the participants collaborate to come up with a class curriculum that best suits the needs of the collective, and which can be achieved using artistic gymnastics apparatus. Each class then includes an instructor-led warmup, guided progressions on skills, conditioning, and a cool down.

b) If a participant wants to follow their own exercises/routines to practice their own skills, they can simply let the coach know and follow the guidelines and procedures set by the coach for safe participation.

Overall, participants can choose how they you want to reap the maximum benefits of the class while having a certified coach available.
Participants have been known to focus on conditioning skills to increase strength, endurance or any other physical attributes while keeping gymnastics components in mind. Adults use this time/space to work at their own pace while having a certified coach help with achieving designated goals. 

Age: 18 years+

a. All classes are subject to change or cancellation based on enrollment and coach availability.
b. Registrants will be advised at least 3-5 days in advance if there are any changes or cancellations.
