Nov 24, 2020 update

Thank you for waiting patiently on the status of classes/fees owing to temporary pause/suspension. Gymnastics was put on pause on November 24th, 2020 when a new PHO order was released overnight. We are still waiting get clarifications from the PHO, viaSport and GymnasticsBC on the status of resumption of classes.

Until we receive further details, collection of all future fee has been put on hold.

For the fee that parents have paid and did not receive classes owing to the new orders, and circumstances out of everybody’s control- we will make up for those classes.  

How will we make up for classes (replacement class or fee credit or refund) – the decision will be made and communicated once we have clarity on the issue/definite details on resumption of classes.

We understand that these could be challenging times since we do not have all the answers, but these are unprecedented as well. And we simply appreciate your support and patience in getting through this together!
